PLAYER OF THE WEEK

WEEK 1-  NATE PAINE

NATE PAINE HAD A TREMENDOUS WEEK, HE PITCHED THE PIRATES TO TWO PITCHING VICTORIES AND ALSO THREW A NO HITTER.  NATE CAME THROUGH WITH THE BAT AS WELL, COLLECTING THREE HITS INCLUDING A KEY 2RBI DOUBLE THAT PROVED TO BE THE GAME WINNING RUN!!!! GREAT JOB NATE.

WEEK 2-  NICK LASCOLA

NICK LASCOLA CAME THROUGH WITH HIS FIRST SHUTOUT PITCHING PERFORMANCE OF HIS CAREER ON THURSDAY, THEN FOLLOWED THAT UP WITH HIS FIRST HOME RUN.  HE ALSO HAD A GREAT WEEK COLLECTING 2 MORE HITS AND AS USUAL PLAYING STELLAR DEFENSE IN THE FIELD.  NICE WEEK NICK!! 

WEEK 3-  LEO LAKE

Leo Lake continued his fine season by collecting his first pitching win of the season and collecting 4 hits in two games including his league leading third home run of the season.  Way to go Leo!!!!

WEEK 4- CAM ST. AMAND

Cam has been a hitting machine all season and he continued that this week. Cam collected 7 hits this week and also pitched 3 strong innings and as usual was solid behind the plate.  Great Job Cam!!!

WEEK 5- JOSH CAYER

Josh has been having a great year defensively but this week Josh picked it up with his bat as well, collecting 5 hits, 6 RBI's and 4 doubles!  Nice Job Josh

WEEK 6 - FRANK GONSALVES 

Frank has showed steady improvement through his work all season long.  It finally paid off for him as he collected three hits and also pitched a scoreless inning in his pitching debut. Great Season Frankie!!!!
